Create, View, Rename or Delete Cision Social Listening Tags

1. Click on the Social Listening tab.
2. Select Saved Searches to view the list of searches saved by your organisation.
3. Click on the name of a saved search you wish to apply the tag to.
4. Select Manage Tags to view a list with all your tags.
5. Enter a name in the New tag name field. 6. Select Add.

2. Select Saved Searches to view the list of searches saved by your organisation.
3. Select a saved search.
4. Select Manage Tags to view a list with all your tags.
5. Select a tag from the list to review all tagged mentions.
NOTE: You cannot make any changes to mentions in this view.

2. Select Saved Searches to view the list of searches saved by your organisation.
3. Select a saved search you wish to rename the tag for.
4. Select Manage Tags to view a list with all your tags.
5. Hover over the tag you wish to rename and select the pencil icon.
6. Type in the new name for the tag and hit the Enter key on your keyboard.
NOTE: Renaming a tag will update any mentions tagged with it.

3. Select a saved search you wish to remove the tag for.
4. Select Manage Tags to view a list with all your tags.
5. Hover over the tag you wish to delete and click on the trashcan icon. 6. Click the Delete button.
NOTE: Deleting a tag will remove it from any mentions tagged with it.
