Duplicating a Media List

You can duplicate a media list and then move the copy to another data group. Click here to learn more about data groups. Duplicating is beneficial if you have a built a list in one data group and want to use it in another data group without creating the same list from scratch.  This process is also a helpful option if you built a list in the wrong data group and want to easily move it to the correct data group deleting the erroneously created list afterward if you wish. NOTE: Once a list is duplicated, the original list and copy are maintained separately and are not connected in any way. Also, if you have administrator privileges in the Cision Communications Cloud, you can duplicate any list in the platform. If you have standard privileges, you can only duplicate media lists you have created yourself. Users with read-only privileges will not be able to duplicate lists. If you would like to explore changing your user privileges, contact the customer support team  by creating a new ticket
