Expiring a User’s Access to the System

To remove an existing user’s access to the system, you will need to assign the user an Expiration Date that has occurred in the past. This will terminate a user’s access to the system immediately.
To access a User’s Profile, follow the Gear icon to Settings. In the User Management section, you will notice that users are organized by alphabetical order within their role. Double click on a user’s name to open their User Profile.

Only System Administrators may change a user’s password by opening the User’s Profile from the User Management screen of the Settings.
