Downloading a Broadcast Clip with TVEyes

Modified on: Fri, 27 Jan, 2023 at 12:35 PM

The ability to download broadcast clips for use outside of the Cision Communications Cloud is only available to clients with a download package that was paid for prior to TVEyes becoming Cision’s broadcast content provider. No new contracts for downloading broadcast clips will be initiated thru Cision. If you have a need to download broadcast clips, contact your Cision Account Executive who can identify additional download options for you.  Similarly, if you are unsure whether you have previously paid for a download package or not, your Cision Account Executive is the best person to contact. If you have a previously paid for download package, follow the instructions below to create a broadcast clip that can be downloaded to your local computer.

If you do not have a previously paid for broadcast downloads package, you can always Archive a Clip and store it within the Cision Communications Cloud. The archiving a broadcast clip feature is available to all clients monitoring broadcast. Click here to learn how to Archive a Broadcast Clip.

NOTE: While the length of video/stream that is available in profile is short, an extended version of the video/stream (up to 20 minutes) is available once you click on the Edit Clip Button.

  4. Click the red Set End button when you reach the point in the video/stream where the clip should end.
