Logging In

The URL for the Cision Comms Cloud platform is:
Please then enter your Company, Username and Password to access your platform.
If you have forgotten your log-in details, please do use the 'Forgot your password' link.
If you are still unable to log-in, please do submit a ticket to our Customer Support team using the 'Create a new ticket' button on this customer portal.
Once you have logged in, you will see the following tabs at the top of your platform:
Influencers- Search for journalists and outlets, create and view lists, add private contacts, view media updates
Campaigns- create and view press releases and e-mail distributions with analytics and tracking, create campaign rooms, search for outreach opportunities, create and view news streams
News- search and view coverage, manually add coverage, create coverage analysis dashboards
Insights- Integrate social media accounts, analyse traffic and conversions to your website
Social Listening- our social tracking and monitoring service
If you have more than 1 datagroup set up, you will be able to navigate between these by clicking on the datagroup dropdown function, which can be viewed on the top right hand side of the platform:
Here you can also find a further knowledge guide by clicking on the '?' icon
Settings can located by clicking on the 'person' icon- here you can view your alert set ups, keyword searches, analytic tag searches, and users.
