Sort and display options

25 clips display by page. You can navigate to the next page by clicking on the page number or the next arrow.

Quick Tip: You can switch off Display options in Your profile for users who don’t need them

From the Display options drop-down you can choose how to display your clip list

• Selecting Full details will display your clips with details of: Media Outlet and Journalist, Agreement and Keyword, Circulation and AVE 
• Selecting Summary will display your clips with details of: Summary (either written by us or by you), Media Outlet and Journalist
• Selecting both Summary and Full details will display your clips with details of: All of the above 
• Selecting neither boxes will display your clips with details of: Media Outlet and Journalist only

You can also sort your clips from the Sort by drop down menu so that they display exactly how you need them. This help you when you need to select certain clips for a report or to complete actions. For example: 

• Date – This will give you reverse chronological view 
• Unanalysed – This will put all the clips you are yet to analyse at the top of the view 
• Sentiment – This will put all clips with your chosen sentiment at the top of your list 
• AVE – Putting the highest AVE at the top of the list
