Send a Single Email

Sending an email to a single contact once an email is integrated is a fairly straightforward process.  Learn how to integrate your email here!

1. Click on the Influencers tab. 2. Select Discover.
3. Click on the Search tab. 4. Search for a contact.
5. Click on the Influencer's name to open their profile page.
6. Click on the Send Email button.
7. Click on the dropdown arrow to select the email address to you would like the email sent from. 8. Enter a Subject for the email. 9. Compose the email. 10. Select Discard to delete the draft of your email. 11. Click on Send me a test email to see a test version of the email before sending it to the influencer. 12. Click on the Send Now button to send your email to the selected influencer.

A few things to note:

• The platform enables you to use your own email address, which means that any mail sent from the platform is indistinguishable from mail sent from your client of choice.
• By default, the platform will send emails to every available email address that is listed for the contact. Please make sure to edit the TO field if you would like to send an email to a specific address.
• It is possible to send an email from a non-default address, so long as the current user has integrated it. Simply click the email address dropdown in the top-right-hand corner of the email compose modal to select a different address.
