Deleting a Media List

Deleting a Media List can be accomplished using the Settings area of the platform. You must have administrator privileges to see the Settings area.  If you need a change in privileges to gain access to the Settings area, contact the Customer Support team by creating a new ticket.

To access the My Lists management area in Settings:

• Click on the person icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen and select Settings from the drop-down.

• Select My Lists from the Settings Panel

Deleting a Media List

1. Click the upside-down arrow by the Media List that you want to delete.
2. Click Delete from the drop-down menu.

A pop-up confirmation will appear where you will need to confirm this action.
 

Bulk Delete Media Lists

To delete more than one Media List at a time, use the bulk Delete button.

1. Check the Media Lists that you want to Delete.  Use the top checkbox to select all of the Media Lists or use the individual check boxes to the left of each Media Lists to select specific lists
2. Click the Delete button.

A pop-up confirmation will appear where you will need to confirm this action.
