Advanced Password

The Advanced Password option adds an additional layer of password security for those using Cision Distribution through PR Newswire, as well as for accounts that want the additional layer of security.

If you have subscribed to PRNewswire this option is automatically included in your setup. If you do not have PRNewswire and wish to add this feature on, please contact your Account Manager directly.

Once this feature is enabled your password credentials must contain the following:

Password must contain a minimum of eight (8) characters
Passwords must contain at least three (3) of the following:
*English Uppercase letters (e.g., A, B, C, … Z)
*English Lowercase letters (e.g., a, b, c, … z)
*Number ( e.g. 0, 1, 2, 3, … 9 )
*Non-alphanumeric (Special Characters) (e.g., ?.!,#,$,% etc.)
*Passwords expire after 90 days
