Password Reset

If you incorrectly enter password 10 times, you get locked out. If you have hit 10 failed attempts, you receive a lock out message indicating you need to contact the Customer Support team to unlock it for you. To contact our Support team, please submit a new ticket.

You can also contact anyone at your own organisation that is setup to be a System Administrator on the account. They can reset your password using the following steps:



1. Click the Person icon and select the Settings menu from the drop down

2. Locate the toolbar on the left and select User Management 



3. Find the name of the individual who needs to reset their password and click on their name

4. Scroll down to the Password area and click Send Email

5. Once you click Send Email you will get a pop up confirmation that will confirm that the password reset email has been sent to the recipient.  They will have 24 hours to create a new password or the link will expire.
