Reset Existing and New User Passwords

There are two ways which a user can re-set their password.

The first way, is by using the 'Forgotten your password?' link on the main log-in page, when you log-in through www.mygorkana.com:

You will be presented with a screen which prompts you to enter your username and email address:

Once added, click on the 'Reset Password' button and a link to re-set your password will be sent to you via e-mail.

Administrator users are also able to generate reset password link e-mails for users, via the platform. Once logged in, click on the small 'cog' icon in the top right of the platform, and select'Administration'.

Scroll down to see a list of all users. For the user who needs a password reset, click on the 'Edit' button next to their name.

Then select the 'Reset' button to send them a reset password link via e-mail.
