Editing Existing Users within the Platform

  1. Navigate to the "Manage User" tab Settings > Manage User
  2. Hover over the user’s Username that you would like to edit. Three icons will appear to the right of the “Role” column. 
    • a pencil = edit user information
    • a lock = reset user password
    • a trash can = delete user
  3. Select the pencil icon to edit the user
  4. When editing user information, only the user "Role" can be toggled. The "Role" options are:
    • Admin
    • User
      • A user’s role is only editable by an Admin and can be reassigned as “Admin” or “User” depending on the originally assigned role.
