Editing Existing users in the Platform

Modified on: Thu, 24 Nov, 2022 at 7:24 PM

Administrator users are able to edit the permissions and settings for other users in the platform.

Administration settings can be accessed by clicking on the small 'cog' icon in the top right of the platform, and selecting 'Administration'.

Once you scroll down, you will then see all active users. Each user has an 'Edit' button next to their name. Click on this to edit their settings.

If a user has a 'D' icon next to their name, it means they are also set up to have access to the 'Database' service.

If a user has a 'two person' icon next to their name, it means they can access both the 'Monitoring' and 'Database' tabs on the platform when they log in.

Once you have selected 'Edit', you are able to:

- amend the 'User role'

- amend the 'Subscription permissions'

Quick Tip: Don't forget to hit 'Save' if you make any changes

 - amend the 'User preferences'
