Converting a Media Contact List to an Outlet List

You can take any Contact List in your system and convert it to a Media Outlet List.  This way, you are only targeting the Media Outlets that those Media Contacts work for.  To do this, it is important that you have a contact list already saved in your Cision Communications Cloud platform. 1. Click on Influencers
2. Click on Search
   
3. Be sure that the Search Media Outlets option is highlighted above
   
4. From the drop down select Contact List
     
5. Once you select Contact List, choose which list you would like to convert by placing a checkbox next to the list name.
   
6. If you would like to add any other criteria to the search you can use the blue plus sign icon to the right of the Contact List selection.  This allows you to add another layer to your search.

7. Click Search

8. Your results will include all of the Media Outlets that the contacts on your list work for.

You can use the filters on the left to filter down your results or begin selecting them to save to a list.
