Can't Access the Platform

Please try the following if you are unable to log-in. You will need your e-mail address.


On the main log-in page, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link.



You will be presented with a screen which prompts you to enter your email address:



Once added, click on the 'Submit' button and a link to re-set your password will be sent to you via e-mail.


If you are still unable to log-in, please do contact the Customer Support team, who will be able to help you log-in.


Please submit a ticket to the team using the 'Create a new ticket' button on this customer portal.
