Modified on: Tue, 22 Nov, 2022 at 7:38 PM

Actions can be taken with Saved Searches in the form of Alerts. You may set up alerts for the Percentage of an increase in mentions or to alert you when new mentions are found.

You can create as many email alerts and add as many recipients as you want to an email alert. There are no limitations. In the alert email itself, though, up to 10 mentions will be included.

Real-Time Alerts:

Real-time Alerts notify you about potential threats or increasing trends. Creating new alerts can be done within the Alerts page or the Dashboard view.
