How to bulk analyse your clips

Modified on: Tue, 22 Nov, 2022 at 5:36 PM

By using bulk analysis you will be able to multi assign clips into category/campaign folders and topics, or set favourability/sentiment and AVE %.

1. To begin bulk analysis select the clips that you would like to analyse by clicking into the tick boxes to the left of the clip listing.

Quick Tip: Bulk analysis is useful if you receive syndicated coverage so you are able to analyse all of the clips at the same time.

2. Once you have chosen the clips to analyse select Analyse clips from the Action panel.

3. After clicking through to Analyse clips you will be presented with a pop up window, stating “The following clips have been selected for analysis”. This is to warn you that you are about to apply the same analysis to a group of clips. Choose Continue. Select the overall sentiment/favourability and AVE %, then choose which campaign/category folder and/or topics you would also like to assign to the clip to.

Quick Tip: When bulk analysing clips, make sure you match the AVE and favourability/sentiment assigned to the overall analysis to what you assign against individual topics. This will ensure your reporting is consistent.
