You can select to display your clips by Cover date or Upload date when viewing your coverage. The Cover date is the date of the publication whilst the Upload date is the date the coverage was uploaded to the portal.
By Date:
You can choose from a specific date range by clicking on the From and To boxes. Clicking the date drop-down box will give you options to choose from Today, Yesterday or the last 3,7, or 30 days.
By Agreement:
Filtering by Agreement or Subject heading An agreement is a master subject and subject headings are the different subjects monitored within it By filtering this way you can find all clips connected to a specific subject.
You can choose from All Agreements/Subject Headings, or narrow your search down to specific subjects. For example you could filter for clips about all Online Retailers, or specifically those that mention Food Prices
By Media Type:
Filtering by Media Types allows you to choose a specific media type. You might want to access only clips from Nationals or Internationals, this filter helps you find these quickly.
By Keyword:
Filtering by Keyword allows you to go straight to coverage which mentions a specific keyword. For example, you may have a product, event or spokesperson as a keyword. By filtering this way, you can view only clips mentioning that keyword.
By Analysis:
The All Analysis filter allows you to filter by campaign names. This means that if you have analysed a clip and associated it to a campaign folder you can quickly locate all clips within that folder.
Using Search Words
The Enter search word box allows you to be more specific and only search for words mentioned within either the:
- Headline Only
- Journalist Only
- Publication/Outlet Only
- Summary Only
This is a great filter for finding specific information quickly and easily and works like a search within a search.
Quick Tip: Once you have filtered down to your desired coverage, you can use the Actions for Selected tools.
