Users can be added as either of the following:

Administrator- able to amend own profile and access administration settings, analyse and edit clips, create reports, archive clips

Recipient- able to amend own profile in settings, analyse clips, create reports

Administrator users are able to access the administration settings by clicking on the small 'cog' icon in the top right of the platform.

Here you are able to:

• Edit other users- edit the settings of other users by clicking on the 'edit' icon next to their name
• Upload clips- manually upload data of any clips you would like to be included in your coverage in the 'Monitoring' tab
• Manage Analysis- add campaign folders to sort your coverage into
• Manage Clipbook- create a template to be included in any clipbooks which you create and send
• Manage Tags- view and review all active tags

Administrator users can also analyse AND edit clips by clicking on the 'Tools' section above each clip in the 'Monitoring' tab.

They also have full filter and action options  for coverage.
