Creating a PDF Earned Media Impact Report

Downloading Impact for Earned Media as a PDF

When viewing data from an Earned Media search, you will find a download button in the upper left-hand corner.  This button will enable you to create a PDF report with analytics charts describing data from the search.

To download a PDF file with the Impact analysis charts,

1. Click the View Full Report button on the search for which you want to create a PDF report.
2. Click the Download button in the upper left-hand corner of the Earned Impact Search’s analytics dashboard.
3. A menu will appear that will allow you to customise your PDF report.
4. Enter the title for the report. By default, it will appear as “Impact for Earned Media”
5. Type in a subtitle if desired. By default, it will appear as the name of the search.
6. You have the option to upload a custom logo. The custom logo will appear on the cover page and the top right-hand corner of each page of the report.
7. While a cover page will be included by default, uncheck the box to exclude a cover page.
8. Click the Download button to create the file. Ensure pop-up windows are enabled if the download is not prompted.
